me, myself, and i

Hey there, I’m Gary Mei, currently 16, and living in Chicago. I was born and raised there, but my parents are from China. If you haven’t guessed yet, that makes me Chinese-American.

What else is there to say about myself? If I could describe myself better, if I knew who I really was, then what kind of teenager would I be?

The truth is that I can’t tell you who I am in this one page, at this instant. I’m still searching for myself. I believe that I’m out there somewhere. And I’ll find me.

This blog is my little space for putting myself, my soul, my very essence down in the hopes that I can find more of myself in it. From nothing comes something.
